I play minecraft and make things for minecraft.
Find me on...
This was my first experience with Minecraft Pvp aswell as where I began making texturepacks and thumbnails. Here it is where I met people like @PowerDiamond615 where I made my first thumbnails, I helped grow his channel, and he gave me experience as I continued to make thumbnails I of course grew better overtime, developing crucial skills for the craft. Making thumbnails in this era my style was heavily influenced by the common format seen with other hive content creators, this style can still somewhat be seen in newer thumbnails however I do plan to continue to build upon my own unique style.
It is also during this time that I had been into the hive competitive communities, competing in scrims, ranking leaderboards, and tier testing, but you know what else is used highly amongst pvp communities? Texture packs, but I never quite found a texture pack that fit me, so what did I do? I learned, I learned how to make them, I learned how to make texture packs for my own use but down the line I ended up getting players like qDecaf who I ended up being a great help to as I was easily able to bring their image of what they want into reality.
Up until now I have been playing and making stuff for minecraft on a phone with a keyboard and mouse (OTG Setup), after over a year of this I had finally received a pc, in which the quality of my thumbnails drastically increased as there was so much more I could do and learn, and texture packs they too increased in quality and production time.
But not only did my texture packs and thumbnails have an increase in quality, my combat skills also shot up, as I went from playing at 120hz aiming on a tiny screen to a 180hz monitor proper keyboard, proper size screen, same mouse though (I shall use this mouse until it dies). With the addition of a pc I began to dip into the Java 1.9 pvp community aswell as making texture packs for this version of the game, it is also here I had began making datapacks too.
Soon after finding a passion for the 1.9 pvp community (specifically sword pvp) I decided to commit to it, I retired as a lt2 on bedrock and got kicked from my scrim team for inactivity 👀. I then began my journey to strive for lt2 in sword pvp in the 1.9 Java pvp community.
I still keep in touch with my bedrock friends (A few have even moved to Java as well) and I still primarily make texture packs and thumbnails for people in the hive/bedrock community. From time to time I will still log onto the hive and play with some friends, but as I am retired I do not plan on returning to the competitive scene for some time.
I have made many friends in my journey on Java, I recently got tested in the sword gamemode and received LT4, however my tester was 100ms, and I do not do well against high ping in the slightest though I do hope to improve upon this. Currently for sword I sit at around a ht4-lt3 level and will continue training as I hope to eventually attain lt2 in this mode.
Recently I also made my first thumbnail for a Java Creator for a in depth guide on sword pvp and as of writing this is currently sitting at around 7.2k views on youtube.
I've also continued work on my private pack that I had started on bedrock, but this time for Java, where animating textures is way easier. The ease of texture pack creation on Java is genuinely phenomenal and even helps when I make a pack for bedrock as I can more easily test textures on Java and then just port the format.
As of currently I will continue to work towards achieving lt2 in sword pvp which will take a TON of time and a TON of effort. I also hope to get more commissions from people within the Java Community for thumbnails as I'd love to get more experience and continue to build up my style and skill for the craft.
